Competition
heats up in
South
Florida’s
top Indoor
Facility for
Our Summer
League on
Thursdays!
On Augst
21st 2008
we had the
sixth week
of the
Xtreme
Summer Adult
League with
a great
group of
drivers.
After a
night of
heated
competition
that
included a
5-lap
qualifying
and a 30-lap
main event.
In the Heavy
weight
series
Jonathan Z
came out on
top of the
heat to
score the
overall
victory
after
holding off
TGrits10 for
the duration
of the event
& in the
Light weight
series
Illusion
came in
first
holding off
Morphius for
the duration
of the
event.
Qualifying
was
extremely
competitive
as Illusion
held the
fastest time
of 26.43.
Morphius
came up a
little short
to qualify
second for
the race.
Following
Morphius was
The
Intimidator,
which came
up a little
short to
finish
third.
Jonathan Z
followed in
fourth and
Eddie
finished
qualifying
in fifth.
This
qualifying
session was
very
competitive
with both
weight
classes
racing
combined to
add
competition.
During
the race the
light weight
and heavy
weight
drivers
raced
together.
Illusion
held her
position to
finish
first.
Morphius
followed
also holding
his position
to finish
second.
Eddie passed
Jonathan Z
and The
intimidator
to finish
third.
Jonathan Z
passed The
Intimidator
and finished
forth. The
Intimidator
lost one
position to
finish fifth
in the main
race.
Illusion had
a fast lap
of 26.27 for
the light
weight
series and
Jonthan Z
had a fast
kao if 26.90
for the
heavy weight
series. Only
three
exciting
races left
look forward
to seeing
everyone
back for
week 7.
The next
league at
Xtreme
Indoor
Karting
takes place
on Thursday,
August 28st
